Brandon P. Ralsey studied English and Philosophy at Texas Tech University. While at Texas Tech,
he received his certificate in teaching. Brandon taught all levels of high school English for eight years
and coached JV Baseball for two years before entering law school. While still teaching, Brandon
entered law school at Texas Wesleyan University taking night classes and continued to teach while in
law school. Brandon received the Texas Wesleyan Award, joined Delta Theta Phi fraternity and
performed an internship with Legal Aid dealing with divorce, child support, child custody, civil litigation and consumer law matters. He received his license to practice law in 2007 and after practicing for over half a decade started his own firm.
Throughout his adult working life, Brandon has sought to help those in need. As an attorney, he guides people through the more difficult aspects of the legal system striving to uphold the law, determinedly defending his client's rights while continuing to counsel his clients as they struggle with the many conflicting concerns in their case. He believes in open communication and directness with his clients while trying to achieve the client's goals. Whatever the legal matter, Brandon prepares himself for court, divorce mediation, business formation drafting, articles of incorporation drafting, will drafting or settlement as if the case was his own and makes sure he helps his clients reach their goals.
"I treat my client's case as if it was my own, whether it is a business, lawsuit, or a custody battle over children. Having my own business and children of my own reminds me and helps me understand the struggles my clients face on the road to resolution."
Brandon is currently an elder at his church and happily married to his beautiful wife. He has two wonderful children who remind him everyday how hard it is to be a parent and how incredible parenting is as well.
